Rental Protection Plan
At FYRE Party Rentals, we understand that accidents can happen. To ensure that your event is
worry-free, we offer a Rental Protection Plan that covers accidental damage to our rental
equipment. This plan is designed to provide you with peace of mind and protect you from
unexpected expenses.
Coverage The Rental Protection Plan covers accidental damage to rental equipment, including
but not limited to:
- Breakage
- Tears and rips
- Stains
- Water damage
- Minor dents and scratches
Exclusions The Rental Protection Plan does not cover:
- Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, or neglect
- Theft or loss of equipment
- Damage caused by fire, flood, or other natural disasters
- Damage due to failure to follow the operating instructions provided by FYRE Party
Rentals
The cost of the Rental Protection Plan is 10% of the total rental fee.
Automatic Enrollment and Opt-Out
For your convenience, the Rental Protection Plan is
automatically added to all rental orders. If you prefer not to participate in this plan, you have the
option to opt out. To opt out, please notify us at the time of booking or contact our customer
service team at [email protected] or call (361) 288-3744 during normal business hours.
How to Enroll
If you choose to remain enrolled in the Rental Protection Plan, no further action
is required on your part. The cost of the plan will be included in your rental agreement and invoice.
Claims Process
In the event of accidental damage to the rental equipment, please follow these
steps:
1. Notify FYRE Party Rentals as soon as possible by calling (361) 288-3744 or emailing
[email protected]
2. Provide a detailed description of the damage and how it occurred.
3. Return the damaged equipment to FYRE Party Rentals for inspection.
Terms and Conditions
1. The Rental Protection Plan is valid for the duration of the rental period specified in your
rental agreement.
2. The plan is non-refundable and non-transferable.
3. FYRE Party Rentals reserves the right to determine the extent of the damage and whether
it qualifies for coverage under the plan.
4. Customers are still responsible for adhering to all terms and conditions outlined in the
rental agreement.
