Thank you for checking out FYRE Party Rentals. We are a locally run business whose goal is to provide professional event rentals. We realize not everyone has experience planning events, so here is some helpful information to get you started.

Tent or no tent? A damper can be put on outdoor events if the weather takes a turn.. If you are renting a tent, we will need to discuss factors like setup area, underground hazards (for staking), timing, etc.

Pick a date for your event. Most parties are on Saturday or Sunday. We typically set up tents on Thursday or Friday and take down on Monday or Tuesday. Wedding rentals are typically delivered the morning of, and picked up the following AM. Let us know if your venue requires late-night removal of rentals.

How many guests are you expecting? You don’t have to get this exactly right. We understand that you might not have a firm headcount yet, but we need a rough idea on guest count to better serve you.

  • Installed service means our crew delivers, installs, places, and removes all equipment for your event. Your setup is completed before guests arrive and removed after the event.

  • We review your event details and confirm feasibility, including surface, access, and staking requirements. You will receive a proposal within 24 business hours with recommended packages and next steps.

  • Your date is reserved once your proposal is approved and a 35% deposit is submitted. The deposit is non-refundable and applied to your total.

  • We review surface type, access, and staking restrictions before finalizing your install plan. This ensures the setup is safe, secure, and appropriate for your event.

  • We plan installs with weather and site conditions in mind. If conditions could impact safety or quality (high winds, severe storms, lightning, or saturated ground), we’ll contact you to adjust the plan—shifting the install window, modifying the setup, or rescheduling so the environment remains secure and event-ready.

  • We work primarily with guest-count packages rather than item-by-item rentals. This simplifies planning and ensures a complete setup. Add-ons and finish upgrades are included in your proposal after we review your event details.

  • We deliver, install, and remove all equipment as part of our service. Delivery timing and installation details are confirmed during your proposal based on your event schedule and site conditions.

  • Some smaller items may be available for pickup. Larger items such as tents, dance floors, and stages require delivery and professional installation by our crew. Contact us to confirm availability.

  • Yes. Changes can be made based on availability. Let us know as early as possible so we can update your proposal and installation plan.

  • If items are damaged, please notify us as soon as possible. Repair or replacement costs may apply based on the extent of the damage. Full details are outlined in your rental agreement.
