Learn a little bit about tents, party rentals, wedding rentals, and our process.

Thank you for checking out Columbia River Event Rentals. We are a family run business whose goal is to provide professional event rentals. We realize not everyone has experience planning events, so here is some helpful information to get you started.

Tent or no tent? A damper can be put on outdoor events if the weather takes a turn.. If you are renting a tent, we will need to discuss factors like setup area, underground hazards (for staking), timing, etc.

Pick a date for your event. Most parties are on Saturday or Sunday. We typically set up tents on Thursday or Friday and take down on Monday or Tuesday. Wedding rentals are typically delivered the morning of, and picked up the following AM. Let us know if your venue requires late-night removal of rentals.

How many guests are you expecting? You don’t have to get this exactly right. We understand that you might not have a firm headcount yet, but we need a rough idea on guest count to better serve you.

  • Yes! We Deliver!

    You can select delivery or pickup when selecting your rental date or during checkout. Just plug in your address, and the site will automatically calculate the deliver fee.

    Delivery windows are as follows:

    Friday-Sunday between 8am-3pm

    Monday-Thursday 6pm-8pm

    We will pick up the day after your event.

    If the delivery and pick up windows do not work with your schedule, consider upgrading to our premium service- LuxeDrop, and choose your delivery time.

    *Certain items, like high-peak marquee tents, dance floor, stages, pipe & drape, and concession machines, are not available for customer pick up, and must be delivered and installed by our team.

  • Renting equipment from our business is a convenient process. Start by selecting a rental period from 24 hours up to a week, and date(s) of your event. Then choose to pickup or have the order delivered. Then browse our inventory of party rental items, including tents, tables, chairs, cooking equipment,  party games, and more. Once you've selected the items you need for your event, add them to your cart and proceed to checkout. Be sure to enter the correct delivery location when prompted if applicable. After your event, simply clean and pack up the items and we will pick up the equipment at the designated time window.

    We offer different levels of optional premium services including priority delivery, full setup and teardown service, and cleaning of the equipment after use to help the event host/planner focus on the event and guests!

  • In the event that party rental items are damaged or stained during your event, please inform us as soon as possible. Our team will assess the extent of the damage or staining, and you may be charged for any necessary repairs or replacements. We recommend reviewing our rental agreement for specific terms and conditions related to damage and stains. We understand that accidents can happen, and we appreciate your timely reporting of any issues to help us ensure the quality of our rental items.

  • Yes, you can make last-minute additions or changes to your party rental order, subject to item availability. If you realize you need additional items or want to modify your order, please contact our team as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate your requests and update your order accordingly. Keep in mind that last-minute changes are subject to availability, so it's a good practice to reach out to us well in advance of your event to ensure that we can meet your requirements. We're here to help you create the perfect setup.
